All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

ISSULO may change product prices, shipping charges, discounts or promotions without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed by ISSULO.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. ISSULO reserves the right to confirm, reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

  2. Incorrect pricing or product information

  4. Failure to confirm a Cash on Delivery order
  5. Suspected fraud or misuse
  6. Delivery restrictions

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be processed.

ISSULO may contact customers through phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to confirm an order or verify delivery information.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the customer does not respond or provides incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, security restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and an active phone number.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers must review the applicable eligibility requirements, time limits and courier charges before returning any item.

Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

8. Promotions and Gift Cards
